Exhale meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month.

Exhale’s Mission/Purpose

To provide a safe place for women to gather and connect with God and connect with one another focusing on what the Lord has done and is doing in their lives.

Fellowship

Galatians 6:2 - Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

Praise and Worship

Psalm 100:4  - Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.

Sharing Your Story

Psalm 26:7  - That I may proclaim with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all Your wondrous works.

Prayer

Psalm 116:1  - I love the Lord, because He has heard My voice and my supplications.
