M3 provides an opportunity for men to engage with one another in a relaxed atmosphere.

Over the years I have asked this question and I have heard others ask this question,

“I know that there is supposed to be more to the Christian life than what I am currently experiencing. 

I know that I am to be conformed to His image and to walk with Him but I don’t know what that really means or what it looks like.

Is there anyone who can show me?”

Mentoring meets this requirement. Jesus understood this truth and therefore spent most of the 3½ years of His ministry with twelve men. He exampled, mentored, taught, with the vision of developing them to take over the leadership of the Church. 

God has given us a solution to bring young men to maturity.

It's for men to mentor men.  

Jesus said some men hear the Word but it gets choked out by life's worries, riches, and pleasures. As a result, those men never grow to maturity. But other men hear the Word, obey it, persevere, and produce a big harvest (Luke 8:14-15).

"And the things you have heard me say in the presence of reliable witnesses, entrust to other men who will also be qualified to teach others" (2 Timothy 2:2).
